The Button Tex was incorporated on 22nd September, 2004 in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Button Tex Limited. The Label Tex was incorporated on 13th January, 1998 in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994 as a Private Limited Company under the name Label Tex Limited. Our organizations are situated at Hemayetpur, Savar, by the outskirts of Dhaka city.

We were established with the aim to produce Buttons and Labels with distinguished level of quality as per clients' demand and specifications. Our functional principal can be as, "Only the sample is needed for the demand to be fulfilled." Our functions are mandated to the Divisions by the Chairman and Managing Director. Our divisions are categorized as Marketing, Commercial, Accounts, Production, Storage, and Delivery.

The Button Tex was incorporated at 22nd September, 2004. This factory generates over BDT 160 million annually in revenues. The factory is 100% export oriented, with annual transactions over BDT 200 million. We have established excellent supplier/vendor relationship with AKH Group, AJI Group, Creative Group and Chaity Group etc. This organization has the monthly production capacity of 33000 GG buttons (1 GG = 1728 Buttons) by the support of more than 200 personnel in a 16000 sq. ft. factory, Warehouse and Management offices. This project is valued over BDT 200 million. The company's main sources of production are from Pearl, Polyester Chalk, Polyester horn, Fancy button & Leaser buttons using raw material imported from China, Taiwan, and Singapore for making international standard quality buttons through it latest model of computerized machineries those have regularly been Certified by OekoTex Standard of Germany and also BSCI Audited Standard by ALGI, Germany.

The Label Tex was established at the beginning of year 1998 near within the vicinity of the Button Tex factory site. This factory is also 100% export oriented, with its annual transactions over BDT 45 million. The annual turnover for this organization is 50 million in BDT. This organization has the work force of more than 45 people in total. The produced goods of this organization include labels of Woven Tafetta Label in nature. The factory has the capability to produce 6 million pieces of labels per month, involving around 45 people as the work force and management. The organization supplies most of the finished goods to some major manufacturers such as, AKH Group, A-Tex International, AJI Group, Creative Group and Chaity Group etc. The total value of this project is estimated to be around BDT 125 million.

Overall, the company's principal activities comprise the manufacture of specialized buttons and label stock catering mainly for the garments, knitting & sweaters sectors, advertising applications, general labelling and identification.

Both the Button Tex and the Label Tex has passed the quality standard test for harmful substance of OEKO-Tex™ Standard 100 certification.
